Lulusan program keahlian ini sangat dibutuhkan di bidang Industri kepariwisataan karena negara Indonesia ini kaya akan obyek pariwisata, selain itu lulusan juga dapat bekerja di perusahaan tours and travel, serta dapat bekerja di Instansi pemerintah maupun swasta.

- Melaksanakan kerjasama dengan kolega dan pelanggan
- Melaksanakan pekerjaan dalam lingkungan social yang berbeda
- Mengikuti prosedur kesehatan, keselamatan dan keamanan di tempat kerja

- Memutakhirkan informasi industri pariwisata
- Memperbaharui informasi tentang daerah setempat (lokal)

- Menyusun laporan keuangan
- Memproses jasa penerbangan udara
- Mengoperasikan sistem reservasi komputer
- Menerbitkan tiket penerbangan domestik
- Menerbitkan tiket penerbangan internasional (normal dan promosi)
- Memproses perjalanan perjalanan selain dokumen perjalanan udara
- Mengkoordinasikan jasa-jasa pemasok
- Menginterpretasikan informasi produk wisata
